Industrial Automation Co. offers a 30-day return window for unused and unopened hardware to ensure your facility maintains peak operational efficiency. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number to ensure accurate processing and timely credit issuance.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our support team to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and part details.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping crate or box to prevent damage during industrial transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number and attach the provided shipping label to ensure it arrives at the correct distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the component's condition and serial number, a refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
